If veterinary assistance is needed, we will take your pet to your named vet or, depending on the circumstances, to the nearest possible one. Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to 'All Creatures Great and Small' or via Bank Transfer.

What do I need to provide for my dogs stay?
Just provide your dogs usual food and treats. We have plenty of bowls, leads and comfy baskets although you may wish to provide a blanket so your dog has a familiar scent to help them settle in.

Where will my dog sleep during his stay?
Your dog will sleep in the kitchen along with our own dogs where he will have a choice of comfy baskets.

What if my dog does not settle during his stay?
We normally find dogs settle in quickly once they've had a good walk and lots of fuss but it's a good idea to have a trial night before booking a long stay. We can also provide updates during their stay.

Do you provide food for my dogs stay?
We ask that you provide your dogs usual food so as not to upset their stomach by changing it, however, we can provide our own hypoallergenic dog food at a small cost if required.
