I decided to train and qualify as an Ofsted inspector so that I could understand the in depth process of self review and external quality assurance. While I have not undertaken many inspections I have enjoyed the experience and believe that I am able to help the schools I come into contact with as well as my day to day schools as a mathematics adviser.

Although I retrained and gained my section 5 tag I have not undertaken any inspections since then.
